Camshafts:
The quality and
performance of hiop sports camshafts is the result of our
many years of experience developing profiles for road, rally
and race applications in co-operation with our valued customers.All
hiop cams are manufactured from high quality blanks which
are machined, hardened and ground to the highest German
standards, to ensure our customer high performance and trouble
free operation. |

Hiop Headers:
The
hiop extractor header is manufactured in highly polished 100%
stainless steel. All six branches are of equal length and
diameter.
The systems are developed as simple "bolt on" units
for easy after market installation (no welding), and to provide
increased mid-range torque and top end power, in both standard
and perfomance tuned BMW E36, E39 and E46 six cylinder cars.

Stroker Kits:
The
basic kit consists of Crankshaft, Pistons; Rings, Bearings,
Head gasket, Fuel pressure regulator, and where required Conrods.
All
power figures quoted below are achieved only when the kits
are installed in accordance with the correct tolerances and
with hiop camshaft, Exhaust system and computer program.

OBD/ECU - Chiptuning & Re-Programming:
Chip tuning or remapping of the engine management computers
for all BMW cars, post September 1996, is now super easy
using the hiop Cartune program.
Using simple plug in hardware in conjunction with user friendly
software, the standard engine program is down loaded via
the vehicle OBD1 or OBD2 diagnostic plugs on to a notebook/PC.
The program is then attached to an email and sent to hiop
for performance reprogramming, to suit your individual car.
Within 12 hours the program is sent back for easy uploading
and the beginning of a new driving experience.
Our programs are developed to provide our customers with
an increase in power and torque which you can really
feel!! ; with sustained vehicle reliability and as very
often experienced by satisfied customers, better economy. DME BDM Program
is now available for E46 Valvetronic, Z4, X3, X5, E60,
E63, E65 and E90. Experience the difference in power!!

Exhaust Systems:
Hiop
exhaust systems which compliment the class of vehicles they
are designed for,are developed to produce additional power
and torque.
It
is a simple bolt on system, utilising the standard mounting
points.
They
are manufactured in 100% stainless steel for high durability,
have highly polished stainless steel tail pipes (tips) to
enhance the beauty of your car and emits a quiet but powerful
sound. |

Suspension Systems:
Hiop Suspensions
are developed for the most demanding driver.
Mono-tube gas
shock absorber with large diameters allows for lower operating
temperatures and pressures.
This prevents
aeration inside the shock absorbers and gives maximum
reliability.
Using shim stacks
for compression and extension damping, our suspensions
are meticulously calibrated to provide excellent bump
and rebound performance, in both high and low acceleration
conditions.
Unique piston
design gives instantaneous control and plush ride under
all conditions through a fixed minimum bleed and multiple
flow-rates cavities. As such a combination of comfortable
low speed damping and sporty high speed damping rates
are achieved. Shock absorbers are serviceable, seals are
replaceable, and may be re-filled with gas. All spare
parts are available.
